According to the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Chairman of the State Commission on Fight against Illicit Trafficking of Drugs Mr. Ali Hasanov, it is intended to carry out new trainings with the organization of the Working Group of the State Commission on Fight against Drug Abuse and illicit Trafficking of Drugs and with participation of the representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, and the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs. It will be held in April 2017 at the Republic’s Gazakh, Agstapha, Tovouz, Shamkir, Goygol, Beylagan, Agdjabadi, Tartar, Naphtalan, Goranboy districts. The new trainings are related with the execution of the Article 4.4.23 of the “State Program on drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors’ illegal trafficking during the 2013-2018 years” in order to prepare new trainers in this field.

   To carry out popularization measures in the field of fight against drug abuse at the framework of the trainings, there will be held trainings and workshops for the members of the local commissions, the executive secretary of the commission for minor affairs and the defence of the rights of minors, the consultant psychologist working with children, the assistant directors of the secondary schools working on the education and training issues, the psychologists and the medical staff. The participants will be provided with the necessary visual means, also in the electronic form.
