As of 09th August 2017, it is started to be sent a necessary notice and contact details in form of SMS (“the best choice is to know the reality and do not use drugs in any case!”, www.nmdk.gov.az, DİN 012/590-21-10, RNM 012/372-82-44) to the “Bakcell” subscribers in order to inform population on the damages of the drugs.
SMSs will be sent over 4 days to over 2 million subscribers.
