In connection with the implementation of Section 4.4 of the Action Plan of the “State Program for the 2013-2018 on Illicit Traffic of Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors” and approved by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 24, 2013 No. 2966, the notification and necessary contacts (SC' Working Group: The right choice is to learn the truth about drugs and not to use it in any case! Www.nmdk.gov.az, DIN 012 / 590-21-10, RNM 012 / 372-82-44) has been provided to be sent to the mobile subscribers with the initiative of the Working Group of the State Commission on fight against the Drug Addiction and Drug Trafficking.

   Thus, from July 13 to August 20, mobile operators working within the country - Azercell Telekom LLC, Bakcell LLC, and Azerfon LLC - have been gradually sent SMS notification up to 7 million subscribers in form of social text message.
