In relation with the execution of the Action Plan on the Implementation of the State Program approved by the Presidential Decree No. 2966 on 24 June 2013 for the Fight against Illicit Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2013-2018 ", a new event organized at the Heydar Aliyev center of Sabirabad district on 29 September 2017 with organization of Sabirabad District Police Department. The event was titled "Let's to say Not to Drug Addiction". The representatives and the heads of the relevant state officials were present during the event.

   The event began with demonstration of the spectacle prepared by the State Commission's Workgroup on the impacts of drugs.

   Head of the Sabirabad District Police Department informed the public about the public and political significance of the event.

   Afterwards, the Executive Director of the Sabirabad District’s Executive Power, and officials of State Committee's Working Group, Sabirabad District's Youth and Sports Department, Sabirabad District's Central Hospital informed about the measures taken in connection with the implementation of the State Program, the causes of the narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances to the human body. They highlighted that the dynamics and prevention of criminal cases, public awareness, explanation and legal propaganda are at the center of attention.

   Participants were provided with narcotic and anti-narcotic propaganda materials prepared by the State Commission's Working Group.

   The event was broadcasted through television channels.
