According to the joint Action Plan for the 2017 confirmed between the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice and the Working Group of the State Commission on fight against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking of Drugs,  the performance of the Baku Children's Theater "Play with Life" was demonstrated on October 27, 2017 at the prison No. 16 with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport.The performance, which performs the educational function, has given a clear idea of the disaster-affected displaced prisoners, the ways to spread AIDS and other terrible illnesses. 

   In the end, the necessary educational materials prepared by the State Commission's Working Group were distributed among prisoners. In addition, the reading room of the penitentiary was provided with visual aids.
