According to the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Head of the State Program on Fight against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking of Drugs Mr. Ali Hasanov, and in connection with the implementation of the paragraph 4.4.16 of the Action Plan on Implementation of the Action Plan on “State Program on Drug Trafficking, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors for 2013-2018”,with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sport and the initiative of the State Commission on Fight against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking of Drugs social surveys were conducted in order to reveal the extent of drug addiction among teenagers and young peoplein Sabunchu districts, including Ganja, Sumgait, Lankaran, Shirvan, Salyan, Yevlakh, Kurdamir cities and districts during the corresponding period of December of the current year.
