In order to ensure the implementation of”The State Program for the 2013-2018 on the illegal turnover of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors and fight against drug addiction”the installation of  10 social boards that reflect drug addiction and effects of  narcotics were provided in prisons by the State Commission’s Working Group in accordance with the “Action Plan” approved by the State Commissions’s Working Group and the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice.
