An event was held in the assembly hall of school # 46 of Nasimi district on May 22 of the current year  due to the implementation of the "State Program on illegal turnover of narcotic drugs,psychotropic substances and their precursors and struggle against drug addiction for the years 2013-2018”.

   The  first Deputy of Nasimi District Executive Power,the  officials of  the Working Group of the State Committee on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit drug Trafficking, District Police Station, Religious organization, Nasimi District Veterans Council, psychologists, teachers and pupils took part in the event. Representatives of the relevant state agencies made speeches on the subject  dwelling on the effects of drugs on the human body, the disaster caused by drug addiction, raising the attention of the district commission to the measures to be taken to prevent drug addiction  involving public figures and religious figures, municipalities, police agencies, education workers, labor collectives and recommendations on how to expand ties between the collectives and relevant commissions, ways to spread AIDS and other terrible illnesses  and widespread discussions about the issues of interest to the event participants.

     At the same time, the Working Group of the State Commission  distributed the booklets and warning sheets to the participants that were designed to help them to prevent from the detection of non-medical consumption of narcotics and the users of narcotic and psychotropic substances.
