Due to the implementation of the Action Plan on the implementation of the "State Program for the Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and the State Program for the Struggle against Narcotics for 2013-2018", the State Committee's Working Group organized the workshop on the destruction of narcotic substances in human organism, awareness-raising campaign was held in Guba and Khachmaz  on topic "Learn the truth about drugs and psychotropic substances" during September of the current year in order to propagandize the harmfull effects of drug abuse, drug addiction and social and human health.

  The  members  of the Working Group on Combating Drug Addiction and Drug Trafficking and members of the City / District Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illicit Drug Trafficking have made speeches on the subject, including the impact of the drug on human organisms, the effects of drugs on the human health and the social detailed information was given about the catastrophic events, and wide discussions were held around the questions of the participants.

   At the same time, the Working Group of the State Commission distributed to the participants the booklets and warning sheets designed to help prevent the detection of non-medical consumption of narcotics, the identification of drug and psychotropic substances.
