In connection with the implementation of the relevant paragraphs of the "State Program for the 2013-2018 on the illegal turnover of narcotic drugs, psychotropic  substances  and their precursors and struggle against drug addiction", on November 14 of the current year for the purpose of forming the antinarcotic outlook of pupils and students an awareness-raising event was held at the Baku State Vocational Education Center on "Learn the Truth About Drugs!"

  At the same time,  within  the  framework  of  the  event  memory and warning brochures prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission were distributed to the participants in order to help them identify the users of psychotropic substances and drugs and prevent themselves from non-medical users of narcotics.
