Due to the implementation of the Action Plan on the execution of the of the "State Program for the 2013-2018 years on Illicit Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and  the Struggle Against Narcotics" an awareness event was held  on November 21 of the current year in the Public Youth Education and Sports Academy of Narimanov region that was organized by the Working Group of the State Commission on the theme "Youth chooses a healthy lifestyle"  in order to propagandize the harm of drug addiction to human organism ,social problems that they commited as well as the harm of drug abuse to human life and society.

Deputy Head of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Drug Trafficking Vasif Guliyev, doctor of   the Republican Narcology Center, writer Asif Kangarli, doctor-methodologist of the Public Health and Reforms Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahla Mirzazade, Head of the Department of Youth and Sports of Narimanov District Najaf Novruzov, members of the Regional Commission for the Prevention of Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking participated at the event.
