In accordance with the approved Action Plan for 2018 between the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice and the Working Group of the State Commission for the Prevention of Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking a prophylactic measure was held at Prison No. 2 and No. 9 on 21 December of the current year.

An employee of the State Commission for the Prevention of Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking and an employee of the Main Drug Enforcement Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs spoke about the destructive effects of drugs on the human body, the damage to the health of  people and  society, and gave detailed information about the social problems committed by it.Wide discussions were held around the questions of  the participants.

The necessary educational materials prepared by the State Commission's Working Group were distributed among the prisoners. In addition, the reading room of the penitentiary was provided with visual aids.
