  So, the necessary notification from the mobile operator of Azercell Telecom LLC (Working Group of the State Commission: Learn the Truth About Drugs - and in no case should we use it! Www.nmdk.gov.az, MIA 012 / 590-21 -10, RNM 012 / 455-07-61) has been sent to subscribers via SMS from July 9 of the current year.
