Starting from July 9 of the current year Azercell subscribers were provided with necessary notes and contacts as SMS form (State Commission Working Group: The best choice - to learn the truth about drug and in no case should we use it!  www.nmdk.gov.az, DIN 012 / 590-21-10, RNM 012 / 455-07-61) in order to inform the population about healthy lifestyles and drugs harm in connection with the organization of public awareness campaigns.

  The SMS was sent to about 2.5 million subscribers in a phased manner.
