Being guided by Item 3 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan about approval of the State Program for 2019-2024 on combating "Illicit drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors", I decide:

1. To approve the "State Program for 2019-2024 (Appendix) on combating illicit  drug trafficking,  psychotropic substances and their precursors.

2. To entrust the State Commission on Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking to oversee the implementation of the State Program approved by Part 1 of this Order and to coordinate the work with the relevant authorities during its implementation.

3. State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking should report once a year to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the work carried out in the implementation of the State Program approved by Part 1 of this Order.

4. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve the issues arising from this Order.
