Starting July 15 of this year, Bakcell will provide its subscribers with SMS messages and communication tools (State Commission Working Group: The best choice - to learn the truth about drug and in no case should we use it!  www.nmdk.gov.az, DIN 012 / 590-21-10, RNM 012 / 455-07-61)in order to propagandize a healthy lifestyle in connection with the organization of public awareness activities and to inform harmful effects of drugs.

  The SMS was sent to about 2.8 million subscribers in a phased manner.
