According to the implementation of the "State Program for 2019-2024 on Combating Illicit Trafficking of Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors as well as  Drug Addiction" approved by the Decree No. 1334 dated on July 22, 2019  of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, enlightement event was held at the penitentiary №14 and № 5 among the prisoners in the framework of the holding the work of the anti-drug propaganda due to the signed "Action Plan" between the Working Group of the State Commission and the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice.

  The Deputy Head of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illicit Ttrafficking of Drugs, The Director of the Sector, the employee of Arragement of Upbringing of the Ministry of Justice Pententiary Service made speeches on the theme and gave recommendation to the listeners on disruptive effects of drugs to human health and society and the social problems it causes.

  Finally, visual aids, educational booklets and leaflets on the consequences of drugs prepared by the  Working Group of the State Commission were distributed among the prisoners.
