In connection with the implementation of the "State Program for 2019-2024 on Illicit Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors as well as Drug Addiction", a joint Action Plan was signed by the Education Department of the Ministry of Education and the regularly operating Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illicit Drug Trafficking to strengthen the anti-drug campaign at the educational institutions of Baku city.

 According to the Action Plan, workshops, intellectual and artistic contests among students against drug addiction, trainings for school psychologists on the problems caused by drug addiction, trainings for school counselors, chairmen of parents committee, members of the school community as well as distribution of the important propaganda materials and demonstration of the proper video films will be held during 2020.
