Within the framework of the joint cooperation of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking and the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, an SMS notification regarding drug damage ("The best choice -Let's learn the truth about the drugs and never use it! www.nmdk.gov.az, MIA 012 / 590-21-10, RNM 012 / 455-07-61") was sent to 2.9 million “Azercell” subscribers  from July 10 of the current year.
