In connection with the realization of paragraph 4.1.10 of the Action Plan due to the implementation of  the “State Program for 2019-2024 on Combating Illicit Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Drug Addiction ” approved by the Order No. 1334 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr.Ilham Aliyev dated July 22, 2019, a social video has been prepared to promote the activity of the "802 hotline" telephone service  established in the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission for the citizens in  order to take an active part in the prevention of  the illicit trafficking of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors and the spread of drug addiction.
