On November 25-26-27 of the current year, a videoconference meeting of CARICC member states was held in Almaty to prepare draft documents for the next meeting of the Central Asian Regional Information and Coordinators Council (CARICC).

    The Chief of the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Plenipotentiary Representative of CARICC, the employee of the State Security Service, the Chief of the Drug Control Department of the State Customs Committee and the Deputy Head of the Working Group of the  State Commission on Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking represented Azerbaijan Republic in this meeting.

   Election of the Chairman of the National Coordinators Council at the meeting of the National Coordinating Council (NCC) of the CARICC member states, approval of the agenda of the Council, consideration of applications for accession of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Republic of Turkey to the Agreement on CARICC, exchange of confidential information between member states for approval of the draft agreement on protection, appointment to the vacant position of Deputy Director in CARICC, appointment  Financial Supervisor in CARICC, official application of the Islamic Republic of Iran to obtain observer status in CARICC, the results of competition selection to fill vacancies in CARICC in video conference format and the format, dates and venue of the next meeting of the National Coordinators Council of the CARICC Member States were discussed in the meeting of the National Coordinators Council of the CARICC Member States.
