The Ministry of Youth and Sports organized  online seminars on February 4-9-12-16-19, 2021 on "Strengthening the fight against drug addiction among young people during the Covid-19 pandemic" in Aran, South, Guba-Khachmaz and Sheki-Zagatala zones in order to ensure the implementation of the relevant items of the "State Program for 2019-2024 on Combating Illicit Trafficking  of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction" and the "Azerbaijan Youth State Program for 2017-2021".

      Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Intigam Babayev, Deputy Head of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking Tanriverdi Aydinov, Deputy Chief of the Main Drug Control Department of the Interior Ministry Rahim Novruzov, Head of the Public Health and Reform Center of the Ministry of Health Deputy Ulker Jamalova informed the youth in this area.

       Heads of youth and sports departments and active youth of Aran zone (Hajigabul, Shirvan, Saatli, Sabirabad, Salyan, Imishli, Kurdamir, Beylagan, Agjabadi, Agdash, Barda, Neftchala, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Ujar, Zardab), Southern zone (Lankaran, Astara, Bilasuvar, Lerik, Yardimli, Masalli , Jalilabad), Guba-Khachmaz zone (Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan) and Sheki-Zagatala zone (Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, Sheki, Oguz, Gabala, Ismayilli) took part at the meeting and suggestions were made on the done work in this direction.
