On May 19 and 20 of this year the permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking organized the destruction of 1 ton 737 kilograms of various narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors  confiscated by court decisions in the territory of machine -building plant named after Bunyad Sardarov in Binaqadi region. 

  The representatives of  Attorney General's Office, the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the State Security Service, the State Customs Committee, the State Border Service and the Working Group of the State Commission that are members of the commission for the destruction of confiscated drugs , psychotropic substances and their precursors participated in the destruction process.

  In total, 591 court decisions on the destruction of more than 1 ton 737 kilograms of various drugs and psychotropic substances - 909 kg 985 gr heroin, 516 kg 281 gr marijuana, 240 kg 285 gr opium, 27 kg 473 gr hashish, 1 kg 944 gr Cocaine, 40 kg 312 gr - 18272 psychotropic substances, including 21190 hemp plants were burned.
