Azercell subscribers have been sent the necessary notifications and contacts with the relevant text in the form of SMS since June 26 as a continuation of a series of events organized on the occasion of June 26 -  the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologiesjointly with the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Drug Trafficking.
