In accordance with the Action Plan approved by the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice and the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking for 2021, a preventive measure was held among women prisoners in Prison No. 4 on 1 October.

   Representatives of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the Main Department for Combating Drugs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Republican Narcology Center of the Ministry of Health, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children, and the National NGO Forum spoke at the event. They spoke about the prevention of accidents, the devastating effects of drugs on the human body, the tragedies caused by drugs, the spread of AIDS and a number of other infectious diseases, and made recommendations.

    At the end, the necessary educational printed materials prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission were distributed among the participants.
