Relevant measures were taken to implement the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024" on October 6, Guba region.

  Discussions were held with members of the relevant commission which was organized  by the permanent Working Group of the State Commission and with the participation of the representatives of the Main Department for Combating Drugs and Personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Sumgayit Narcological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health, State Committee for Family, Women and Children.They were provided with methodological assistance and necessary visual propaganda materials.

  In addition, training on "Drug addiction, its psychological causes and work to be done at school" was held on the problem of drug addiction for deputy principals, class teachers, school psychologists, chairmen of parent committees.

  The participants of the trainings were awarded certificates prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission.
