On October 6 this year, deputy directors for education of Shirvan and Hajigabul secondary schools, class teachers, school psychologists, chairmen of parent committees were involved in trainings on drug abuse.
Representatives of the Main Department for Combating Drugs and Personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Lankaran Narcological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children took part in the events organized by the permanent Working Group of the State Commission in connection with the implementation of the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024".
Prior to the trainings, a meeting was held with members of the relevant commissions for the regions, discussions were held, they were provided with methodological assistance, as well as the necessary visual propaganda materials.
Extensive discussions were held on the issues of interest to the participants in the trainings on "Drug addiction, its psychological causes and the work to be done at school” and the necessary propaganda materials (including electronic media) were distributed to them.
Participants of the trainings were presented with certificates prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission
