Relevant measures were taken in Jalilabad region on October 7 to implement the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024."

    The representatives of the Main Department for Combating Drugs and Offices with Personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Lankaran City Narcological Dispensary of the Ministry of Health, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children participated at the event that was organized by the Working Group and the participants were provided with necessary visual propaganda materials.

   In addition, training on "Drug addiction, its psychological causes and work to be done at school" was held on the problem of drug addiction for deputy principals, class teachers, school psychologists, chairmen of parent committees .

Participants of the trainings were awarded certificates prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission.
