The Permanent Working Group of the State Commission published a booklet entitled "Methodological recommendations to help identify persons abusing drugs and psychotropic substances" in order to ensure the implementation of sub-item 4.4.4 of the Action Plan on the implementation of the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024" approved by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated July 22, 2019

  The manual covers risk factors for the use of psychoactive substances, the stages of drug addiction, the characteristics of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, action plan for preventive measures, express diagnostics in case of suspicion of drug use and other necessary information.
