According to the relevant instruction of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking Mr. Ali Ahmadov, It is planned to hold trainings on drug addiction in November of this year with special presentations of specialists of relevant agencies for deputy directors on educational work, class teachers, school psychologists, chairmen of parent committees of secondary schools of Masalli, Yardimli, Goranboy, Neftchala, Naftalan, Tovuz, Gadabay, Shamkir, Gazakh, Agstafa regions of the republic in order  to ensure the sustainability of the work organized by the Working Group in accordance with the requirements of the existing rules and guidelines on the quarantine regime, to further expand the scope of anti-drug propaganda work.

   Measures are taken to ensure the implementation of paragraphs 4.4.18, 4.4.26 of the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024" and the relevant decisions of the State Commission.

   Within the framework of the event, 10 meetings with members of city and district commissions, 10 trainings for employees of secondary schools, a total of 20 events will be organized. At the same time it is planned to hold discussions with members of the relevant commissions for those cities and districts and to provide them with methodological assistance as well as presentation of a new booklet "Methodical recommendations to help identify drug and psychotropic substance abusers" and other necessary advocacy materials, and also  certificates prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission are planned to be distributed to the participants of the training.
