On November 18, events were organized in Gazakh region by the working group of the State Commission on the implementation of the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024".

  Representatives of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the Main Drug Control Department of the Interior Ministry, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children, and the Narcology Center of the Ministry of Health took part in the meeting held under the leadership of the head of the Gazakh District Executive Power and  discussions were held with the members of the relevant commission and the necessary visual propaganda materials were distributed to the participants for methodological assistance.

   In addition, training on "Drug addiction, its psychological causes and work to be done at school" was held on the problem of drug addiction for deputy principals, class teachers, school psychologists, chairmen of parent committees .

   Certificates and visual aids prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission, as well as methodological information on risk factors for psychoactive substance use, stages of drug addiction, properties of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, action plan on preventive measures and a booklet on methodological recommendations containing other necessary information was provided to the participants of the training.
