In accordance with paragraph 4.4.33 of the State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024, a seminar on "Risk factors for the use of psychoactive substances" was organized by the Ministry of Defense and the Working Group of the State Commission on December 2 at the Armed Forces Training and Education Center in order to strengthen the propaganda work among active military servicemen, including other servicemen, about the harm of drug addiction to society and human health.

   During the seminar, the audience were informed with special presentations provided  the necessary information on risk factors for psychoactive substance use, stages of drug addiction, properties of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, action plan for preventive measures, conducting rapid diagnostics in case of suspicion of drug use.

   At the end, the participants were presented with a booklet entitled "Methodological recommendations to help identify drug and psychotropic substance abusers" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
