An enlightenment event was organized on December 13 of this year in secondary schools 117 and 121 of Khazar district by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission jointly with the Baku City Education Department in accordance with the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024".

  Representatives of the Working Group of the State Commission, the Baku Education Department, the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Republican Narcology Center of the Ministry of Health, as well as the Khazar District Executive Power participated at the event and made a speech on the theme.

  The speeches provided detailed information about the devastating effects of drugs on the human body, the tragedies caused by drug addiction, etc., and held extensive discussions on issues of interest to students.

  At the end, the participants were presented with the necessary propaganda materials "Know the truth about drugs", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
