Sector Director of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking made a presentation on "Drug addiction and its psychological cause" at the  training-methodical meeting organized by the Ministry of Defense on December 21 of the current year at the Training and Education Center of the Azerbaijani Army for units, formations, special purpose military educational institutions, types and units of troops, as well as deputy commanders and psychologists for personnel work of special military units.

  At the same time, a booklet entitled "Methodological recommendations to help identify drug and psychotropic substance abusers" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission was presented  to the participants.
