A joint action plan for 2022 has been signed between the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice and the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in order to further strengthen anti-drug propaganda in penitentiaries In accordance with the  “State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024”.

    Within the framework of the Action Plan, it is intended to conduct trainings on relevant topics for the staff of the Penitentiary Service, to held enlightening explanations among convicts on the destructive effects of drugs on the human body, harm to society and human health, medical-hygienic, propaganda and education on AIDS and other viruses, rehabilitation and reintegration of prisoners into society and at the same time they will be shown videos on the subject and presenting the necessary propaganda materials to the reading rooms.
