Training on “Drugs, bad habits and fight against drugs” was held for teachers and psychologists representing district schools on March 16 of the current year  in the Absheron region with the joint organization of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking and the “Migration Development Public Union” with the support of the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations.

     Representatives of the Working Group of the State Commission, the Migration Development Public Union, the Executive Power of the Absheron region and the district education department participated at the event.

   During the training, teachers and psychologists were provided with slides on the tragedies caused by drug addiction, dependence on the drug addiction, combating drug trafficking, the devastating effects of drugs on the human body, as well as the effective organization of leisure time of adolescents. Afterwards, extensive discussions were held on the issues of interest to the participants of the event.

   At the end, the participants were presented with the necessary propaganda materials on "Know the truth about drugs", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
