An educational event on "Let's learn the truth about drugs" was held at Saatli Medical College that was  organized by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission and the Saatli District Executive Power in accordance with paragraph 4.4.17 of the Action Plan for the implementation of the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024".

  Representatives of the Working Group of the State Commission spoke on the topic and provided students with necessary information about the risk factors of drug use, stages of formation of drug addiction, the characteristics of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health.

  At the end, the participants were presented with the necessary propaganda materials on "Know the truth about drugs", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
