The next event was held in Siyazan City House of Culture within the project "Awareness-raising activities on drugs, harmful habits and the fight against drugs" that was organized by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission and the Public Union for Migration Development, with the financial support of the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations.

  Member of the Milli Majlis,Chairman of the Committee on Natural Resources, Energy and Ecology Sadig Gurbanov , spoke about the care of the state leadership in the field of physical and spiritual development of the young generation in Azerbaijan and gave detailed information about the new decisions taken by the parliament on the subject at the same time, the Deputy Head of the Working Group of the State Commission, the Deputy Chief of the Siyazan District Police Office and members of the public participated at the event and spoke on the topic.

  The speakers emphasized the negative effects of drugs on human life and health, moral values and socio-economic development, the importance of effective organization of leisure time, sports, art and community service, and made necessary recommendations on other issues.

  At the event, questions related to the fight against drug addiction, trafficking in psychoactive substances were answered and certificates were presented to active participants.

  At the end of the event, participants were provided with certificates prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, necessary propaganda materials, at the same time, a booklet was presented on the risk factors for the use of psychoactive substances, the stages of formation of drug addiction, the characteristics of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, action plan for preventive measures and other necessary information.
