Taking into account the large number of citizens' calls to the 802 hotline, and in order to ensure citizen satisfaction, the hotline call service has been launched on Saturdays (9: 00-17: 00) since April of this year.

   During January-April, the 802 hotline received 671 citizens' appeals, of which 75 were related to drug trafficking, 269 were related to drug addiction treatment, and 327 were related to other issues (repeated appeals, explanation of the provisions of the legislation, procedures for compulsory treatment, etc.). 347 letters were sent to the relevant authorities to take appropriate measures on the above-mentioned appeals.
