Relevant measures have been taken to implement the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024" in Gusar region.

 Discussions were held with the members of the relevant commission on the organization of the Working Group of the State Commission with the participation of a representative of the Main Drug Control Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and they were provided with methodological assistance and necessary visual aids.

 At the same time, with the joint organization of the Executive Power of Gusar region and the State Commission, an enlightenment event was held at the secondary school № 4 of Gusar region.

 The speeches provided detailed information on the tragedies caused by drug addiction,  the fight against illicit trafficking in psychoactive substances, the destructive effects of drugs on the human body, as well as the effective organization of leisure time for adolescents. Extensive discussions were held on the issues of interest to students.

 At the end, the participants were presented with the necessary propaganda materials on "Know the truth about drugs", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
