Measures have been taken in Khachmaz region to implement the "State Program on Combating Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors and Drug Addiction for 2019-2024."

Before the event, a meeting was held with members of the relevant commission of the region, discussions were held, they were provided with the necessary visual aids and methodological assistance.

  At the same time, a training on drug addiction was held at Khashmaz city school-lyceum № 8 named after Zarifa Aliyeva in order to conduct and strengthen propaganda and awareness-raising activities on drug prevention.

  At the end, the participants were presented with the necessary propaganda materials on "Know the truth about drugs", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
