The sector manager of the Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics made a presentation on "Risk factors of using psychoactive substances" at the training-methodical meeting held at the Training and Education Center of the Azerbaijan Army for psychologists of unity, unification and special purpose educational institutions that was organized by the Department of Ideological Work and Moral-Psychological Support of the General Staff Department of the Ministry of Defense.

 At the same time, the participants were presented with a booklet called "Methodical recommendations to help identify people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
