Educational events on the fight against drug addiction were organized in penitentiary № 16Within the framework of the implementation of the approved Action Plan between the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice and the permanent working group of the State Commission for the Fight against Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs.

  The sector manager of the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission, an employee of the General Anti-Narcotics Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the sector manager of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the employees of the Department of Organization of Educational Work of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice took part in the event.

  At the meeting, it was talked about the prevention of drug-related crimes, at the same time, the listeners were given detailed information about the destructive effect of drugs on the human body, the social problems it causes and the role of the state in organizing the fight in this direction, the rehabilitation and reintegration of drug-affected convicts into society, and the ways in which AIDS and a number of infectious diseases spread.

  In the end, the necessary educational printed products prepared in a new form and style by the Working Group of the State Commission were distributed among the prisoners.
