On September 5, 2022, an event named "Let"s be together against drug addiction!" was held in Binagadi District Executive Power and the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Means of the Republic of Azerbaijan at R. Pirnazarov Secondary School № 299 located in Bilajari Settlement, Binagadi District.

  At the event, the deputy head of the Binagadi Executive Power, the chairman of the District Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, the sector manager of the Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, the police inspector of the Binagadi District Police Department, the head of City Polyclinic № 15 of Bilajari settlement, Chairman of the Public Council and members of the Council under the District Executive Power, the head of the "LOGOS" Psychological and Speech Center, school principals, psychologists, teachers and parents attended the event.

  At the meeting, extensive information was provided on the importance of anti-narcotic propaganda and educational measures for strengthening the fight against drug addiction in the republic, the importance of educational measures, the measures taken to prevent the illegal circulation of drugs and the spread of drug addiction, the stages of the formation of drug addiction and the methods of combating drug addiction, and discussions were held on the questions of interest to the participants. .

  At the end, the participants of the event were presented with visual aids and a booklet end "Methodical recommendations to help identify people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" prepared by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
