An educational event on drug addiction was held by the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Education at the Boarding School with İntegrated Training № 11, located in Sabunchu district.

  At the event, the head of the Department of De-institutionalization and Child Protection of the Ministry of Science and Education, the head of the sector of the Working Group of the State Commission, the narcologist of the Republic Narcology Center spoke on the topic and told the audience about the destructive effect of drugs on the human body, the damage to society and people"s health, and the social problems caused by them. In particular, the importance of effective organization of free time, sports, arts and socially useful work was emphasized.

  In the end, the necessary propaganda materials "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission were distributed among the children, including methodical recommendations "To help identify people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" were presented to the teachers of the school.
