The event was organized by the joint organization of "Youth Anti-Drug Addiction" Public Union and the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking in Narcotics.

 Speaking at the event, Bullur Mammadova said that the main goal of the meeting is to inform Azerbaijani youth in this field, to give them additional motivation to fight this problem more actively, and to involve young people in the work done in this direction.

 Then detailed information was given about the projects implemented by "Youth Anti-Drug Addiction" Public Union.

 In order to increase the knowledge and professionalism of the volunteers on the problem of drug addiction, the employee of the working group spoke at the training and gave extensive information to the participants about the risk factors of drug use, the properties of psychoactive substances and their harmful effects on health, the stages of drug addiction formation, the importance of anti-narcotic propaganda, and methods of combating drug addiction. .

Later, discussions were held on the questions that  interested the participants.

At the end, the participants of the event received certificates prepared by the permanent Working Group of the State Commission,  and booklets "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" "Methodological recommendations to help identify persons who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances ” booklet was also presented.
