An event was held at Odlar Yurdu University on the topic "Discussion against drug addiction and harmful habits" within the framework of the project of the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, together with the Public Union "Development of the Migration Area" and the Permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking in Narcotics.

 The chairman of the Public Union for the Development of the Migration Area, the responsible employee of the permanent Working Group of the State Commission on Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics participated at the event. In the meeting held with the students, detailed information was given about the damage of drug addiction to the society and people"s health and the social problems it causes, and discussions were held on the questions that interested them.

  In the end, the necessary propaganda materials "Know the truth about narcotics", "The truth about marijuana" and "The truth about psychotropic substances" prepared by the Working Group of the State Commission were distributed among the children, including the teaching staff of the school about people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and a manual end "Methodological recommendations" was presented to help identify people who abuse psychotropic substances.
