An educational event was held in military unit № N in accordance with the "2019-2024 State Program on Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Combating Drug Addiction" under the joint organization of the Permanent Working Group of the Ministry of Defense and the State Commission.

  At the events, the deputy head of the  Working Group of the Commission, an employee of the General Anti-Narcotics Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and a doctor-narcologist of the Republican Narcology Center of the Ministry of Health made speeches on the topic of the characteristics of narcotic substances, their harmful effects on health and the stages of drug addiction formation, including the action plan for preventive measures and drug addiction  and necessary information was provided on the conduct of express diagnostics in case of suspicion of taking drugs.

  At the end, the booklet "Methodical recommendations for helping to identify people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" and other necessary propaganda materials were presented to the participants prepared by the permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
