An educational event was held in military unit № N, involving relevant institutions with the joint organization of the Permanent Working Group of the Ministry of Defense and the State Commission, in accordance with the "2019-2024 State Program on Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and Their Precursors and Combating Drug Addiction".

 The deputy head of the  Working Group of the Commission, an employee of the General Anti-Narcotics Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and a doctor-narcologist of the Republican Narcology Center of the Ministry of Health participated at the event and made speeches on the topic of the characteristics of narcotic substances, their harmful effects on health and the stages of drug addiction formation, including the action plan for preventive measures and drug addiction. Necessary information on conducting express-diagnostics was given in case of doubt about the acceptance of the means.

  At the end, the booklet "Methodical recommendations for helping to identify people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" and other necessary propaganda materials were presented to the participants that were prepared by the permanent Working Group of the State Commission
