The sector manager of the Working Group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotics made a presentation on "Risk factors of using psychoactive substances" in the training-methodical meeting held with the heads of departments and units (relevant department and series) for ideological work and moral-psychological support (IW and MPS) of troops, units, formations, units and special-purpose educational institutions as well as with the assistants and psychologists of the chiefs of staff of the military units on IW and MPS in the Training and Education Center of the Azerbaijan Army that was  organized by the Department of Ideological Work and Moral-Psychological Support of the General Staff Department of the Ministry of Defense.

   At the same time, the participants were presented with a booklet called "Methodical recommendations to help identify people who abuse narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" prepared by the permanent Working Group of the State Commission.
